Tramp Stamp Tattoos

So you think the tattoo on your lower back is so "darling cute?"... I have just become familiar with the term "tramp stamp" as of about two months ago. I know A LOT of female that have this particular type of tattoo. The placement of this tattoo is on your lower back. It's like the perfect place to get one if you want to not show tattoos in the work place in the day, but be a "bad girl" at night. With the name "tramp stamp" however, questions the whole meaning behind it.. According to http://www.urbandictionary.com/, a " 'Tramp Stamp' is a derogatory term referring to a tattoo which a women places on her lower back. It is especially popular among women born in the late 70’s, 80‘s, and even early 90’s... " The article also states that girls with this type of tattoo are not the one's men want to take home to meet their mother.

Now this is just what some people interpret this stamp to represent.... I don't think I agree that ALL girls that get this tattoo fits that description. I'm not going to put any pictures of anyone who has one of these tattoos...this was just for YOUR general information.
